Quotations issued to manufacturer or authorised distributor with sanitised RFQ where required. Stock vs. made-to-order classification. Lead time and pricing intelligence consolidated.

Single consolidated commercial offer in your preferred currency and Incoterms. Validity period stated. Substitutions and alternatives flagged where the OEM has superseded a part.

Every part shipped with manufacturer certificate of conformity, original packaging, and traceable serial or batch reference. No aftermarket substitution unless explicitly authorised.

Documentation discipline

HS code per line, country of origin per line, manufacturer datasheets, and material certifications consolidated into a single document pack. Customs-ready at dispatch.

Sanctions & export controls

End-user screening on every transaction. Awareness of US OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions regimes. Dual-use and ECCN-classified items handled with the additional documentation they require.
